Gray and Blue

If somebody asks me what colors come to my mind if I think of PaP the answer will be gray and blue. Why is that? Every time that I go around the streets of PaP and look at the side or up to one of the hills that surround the city  a gray or blue cloud is depicted on the panorama.  It’s gray when there are a bunch of unfinished houses so none of them is painted outside, some others only have the facade and others lack the second floor. It’s blue when we pass by a camp where hundreds of people still leave in tends. Also it can be blue when all the small water plastic bags are dropped all around the streets.
 
Si alguien me pregunta con qué colores identifico PaP la respuesta es gris y azul. Por qué? Cada vez que recorro por las calles de PaP y miro alrededor o hacia una de las montañas que rodean la ciudad, una nube gris o azul se vislumbra en el panorama. Es gris cuando hay una cantidad de casas en obra gris, cuyas paredes exteriores no están pintadas, cuya fachada es lo único que está terminado o cuya segundo piso apenas está en planos. La nube es azul cuando paso por uno de las campamentos donde cientos de personas continúan viviendo en tiendas. También puede ser azul cuando un montón de bolsas plásticas de agua son arrojadas a la calle.
